TEXAS STANDARD FEES
The following fees apply to traditional (in-person) notarizations:
Acknowledgment (first signature): $10.00
Each additional signature: $1.00
Jurat: $10.00
Verification: $10.00
Oath or Affirmation: $10.00
Deposition (swearing in witness): $10.00
Deposition transcription: $1.00 per 100 words
Protests: $4.00
Each additional protest notice: $1.00
Certified Copy (non-recordable document): $10.00 per certificate
Certified Copy of Notarial Record: $1.00 per page
Additional certification: $10.00
All other notarial acts not specified: $10.00
All notarial acts performed by Mobile Financial & Estate Notaries comply with:

Applicable provisions of the Texas Administrative Code
Statutory notary fees are set by the State of Texas and are non-negotiable. Any additional charges (including travel, convenience, or service-related fees) are separate and permitted by law.
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS (RON) FEES
Online Notarization (Base Fee): $25.00
A Remote Online Notarization (RON) is conducted via secure audio-visual technology in compliance with Texas law. Documents are electronically signed and notarized with the same legal effect as in-person notarizations.
RON services require:
Identity verification (credential analysis and/or KBA)
Audio-video recording retention
Secure digital platform usage
Failure to complete identity verification or technical requirements may result in service refusal.
MOBILE & OTHER TRAVEL FEES
All mobile services (excluding RON) include a separate travel fee, which is not regulated by Texas statute.
Standard Travel Fees
Standard Mobile Service (Daytime): $45.00
Evening Service: $70.00
Late Night Service: $100.00
Overnight/Early Morning Service: $150.00
Additional Travel Charges
Mileage beyond service radius: $2.00 per mile (one-way)
Toll charges: Actual cost charged
Travel fees compensate for time, fuel, and convenience of on-site service.
LOAN SIGNING & REAL ESTATE FEES
Loan signing and real estate closing services are non-statutory and are priced separately.
Fees are custom quoted based on:
Number of signers and witnesses
Travel distance
Document size and complexity
Printing and scan-back requirements
Time sensitivity and scheduling
Shipping and delivery requirements
Clients must request a quote prior to scheduling.
DOCUMENT & ADMIN FEES
Printing (up to 100 pages, 2 copies): $25.00
Additional pages: $0.10 per page
Scan-back services (1–20 pages): $20.00
Scan-back services (20–50 pages): $35.00
Document delivery (UPS/FedEx): $35.00
Non-notarized form completion: $10.00
These fees apply regardless of whether the transaction is completed once services begin.
OTHER TRANSACTION FEES
Representative Signer (per package): $25.00

CONFERENCE ROOM FEES
Law require certain transactions (e.g., Texas home equity loans) must be conducted at an approved location (attorney, lender, or title office).
Conference Room Rental: Varies
This fee applies once scheduled, regardless of transaction completion.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing valid government-issued identification
Ensuring all documents are complete and ready
Being present and on time
Providing required witnesses (if applicable)
Failure to meet these requirements may result in service refusal and applicable charges.
The following charges apply and are enforceable:
Cancellation with less than 2 hours’ notice: Full Fee
Client No-Show: Full Fee
Identification Issues: Full Fee
Late Arrival preventing completion: Full Fee
Client refusal or inability to sign: Full Fee
“Full Fee” includes:
Service fees
Travel charges
Any incurred administrative costs
Payment is due at or before the time of service
Accepted forms may include cash, card, or electronic payment
Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future services
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
The notary is not responsible for document content, legality, or outcome
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services
No liability is assumed for delays caused by third parties
By scheduling or receiving services, the client acknowledges:
Understanding of all fees and policies
Agreement to payment terms
Acceptance of all service conditions
FIELD INSPECTOR
Property Inspections: Taking photos of homes for mortgage lenders to check if they are occupied, vacant, or damaged. $20.00-$50.00
Business Verification: Visiting businesses to verify they are legitimate for insurance or financial purposes. $20.00-$50.00
Vehicle/Collateral Inspection: Inspecting vehicles for insurance companies. $20.00-$50.00
Site Inspections: Checking on construction sites for progress $20.00-$50.00
Special Assignments: Visiting businesses to verify they are legitimate for insurance or financial purposes. $100.00-$150.00

Signer appears under duress or lacks capacity
Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
Safety concerns exist
